—Dissolve 50 g of uranyl acetate in a mixture of 15 mL of glacial acetic acid and water to make 500 mL. Then dissolve 150 g of zinc acetate in a mixture of 15 mL of glacial acetic acid and water to make 500 mL. Mix the two solutions, allow to stand overnight, and pass through a dry filter, if necessary.
