-It contains 2 mM L-Glutamine, 10 mM N-(2-hydroxyethyl) piperazine-N-(2-ethanesulfonic acid) (HEPES), 1 mM sodium pyruvate, 4500 mg/L of Glucose, and 1500 mg/L of sodium bicarbonate. Use a suitable grade. Store at 2°-8° in the dark.
