—Dissolve 12.7 g of iodine and 20 g of potassium iodide in water, and dilute with water to 1000.0 mL. To 10.0 mL of this solution, add 0.6 g of potassium iodide, and dilute with water to 100.0 mL. Prepare immediately before use.
